Concurrent Sessions and Workshops All oral presenters at the ISPN 2023 Annual Conference are asked to provide their presentation materials (outline, PowerPoint PDF with six slides to a page, handouts, references, web references, etc.) for posting on the ISPN website. Your information will be available for attendees to download prior to the Annual Conference. Review the contribution guidelines here. Presentation materials must be received by the ISPN no later than February 28, 2023. The length of the contribution is limited to no more than 20 pages. Please proof your contribution carefully before submitting it to ISPN. You will be responsible for distribution to attendees after that date. Presentation materials must be submitted electronically in a pdf format. Annual Conference Template Slide Audio Visual Presenter Guidelines Poster Presentations Review the poster guidelines here. The poster session will be held in the Seascape Ballroom at the Sonesta Redondo Beach and Marina. Each presenter will be provided with a 4' (high) X 8' (wide) (includes a one inch metal border) poster board space. The poster boards are pushpin compatible. Poster Set-up Times Presentation Dates and Times Poster Teardown Time As an author, plan to be present at your poster during the Opening Reception on Wednesday evening from 6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m. After that, please be present during the refreshment breaks (if possible) for further discussion with attendees.
Poster Awards
The ISPN Awards Committee will be reviewing accepted posters in advance of the Annual Conference. Please submit a PDF file of your poster via the Poster Presentation Submission Form no later than February 28, 2023, to be considered for one of the poster awards.
