Membership Application InstructionsWelcome to ISPN! We offer two ways of submitting your application. New and Renewing Members Secure, online application submission is available for those applications which will be paid by using a credit card. Please fill in the membership application. When you have finished entering all the necessary information, click on the "Submit Application" button at the bottom of the form to complete the process. This option is available to NEW AND RENEWING members alike. If you prefer to pay by check (or need to show proof of enrollment for a Student membership), please complete the Member Application PDF Form then mail or fax the completed application to our office at the address located at the bottom of this page. Proof of enrollment is a copy of your current student identification card. Please make check payable to ISPN. We cannot accept foreign checks; International payments must be made by credit card.
