Hotel Accommodations

Join your colleagues at the 2024 Annual Conference on April 3-6!  The Omni Hotel Providence will serve as the site of the program and events. The room rate is $219 single or double, not including taxes of 15%. The room rate includes complimentary wireless internet service in your sleeping room.  
Discount reservation deadline: Friday, March 15, 2024

     2) Next, click on the button "Make Your Reservation".
     3) The page will automatically scroll down. Select your dates of arrival and departure in the
          calendar that displays on that page.
     4) Select "Choose Room".
     5) Once you select your room, you will see a screen that displays the total amount for your stay.
         Follow the remaining prompts.

We urge you to stay at the Omni Hotel Providence for the 2024 Annual Conference.  The Association has negotiated discounted room rates for attendees.  Supporting the sleeping room block enables us to keep your costs lower by meeting our contractual obligations.

Cancellation and Early Departure
Individual reservations must be cancelled or changed up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a one (1) night room and tax charge. If your plans change, be sure to notify the hotel of any date change for your reservation to avoid any early departure fees.
